Manufacturing

In addition to our machinery we have our own department responsible for the development of samples with a CAD system, as well as a preliminary stage with complete Agfa Apogee X-Pdf Workflow and a Fuji CTP system.

Our machinery is complemented by automatic die-cutting machines. On the one hand die-cutting with crucible, high-speed printing machines, on the other hand die-cutting machines with integrated depanelization and stripping station. Furthermore we possess hot foil cylinders/crucibles up to a format of 640x900mm.

Highlight in our machine park is a ROLAND 700 HiPrint (with double lacquer work and intermediate drying). With this machine we are capable of setting new standards in print finishing and the representation of true to nature printing objects.

In the area of further processing we automatically glue, fold, punch and assemble by hand.
